Is Golden Gourmet Pollen organic or Wild-Crafted?

We are now CERTIFIED ORGANIC! At Golden Gourmet Pollen, our fennel pollen spice is GROWN on private ranch land and is free of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. We grow only Wild Fennel, not Florence Fennel.We harvest fennel blossoms at the peak of their bloom and allow them to dry. Once dried and cleaned of stems the fennel pollen is vacuum packed to maintain flavor, freshness, and aroma.

How is Golden Gourmet pollen processed?

Our Fennel Pollen is pure and not misbranded. It complies with the FDA Act and applicable regulations. Our Fennel Pollen is not adulterated in any manner and is processed under sanitary conditions and is fully wholesome and fit for human consumption.

I am allergic to pollen. Is Golden Gourmet pollen free of allergens?

It may or may not cause the same allergic reactions one may experience with airborne pollens.
